Leads enhancement initiatives about reliability and customer impacts on behalf of company.Develops, monitors and manages department budget, recommends and implements action plans to resolve budgetary issues, takes actions as required, and accurately forecasts fiscal outcomes.Provides strategic planning of technology, executes and operates elevating levels of distributed energy resources and customer electrification offerings on the distribution system.In partnership with senior management and workforce relations, recommends and implements labor relations strategies, resource and succession planning, training and development. Leads, engages and manages non-bargaining and bargaining work groups.Declares and leads escalated operations for company. Manages internal and external communications with strong written and verbal skills regarding outages, emergencies and system status.

Represents company from a media perspective with regulatory agencies, communities, and customers.

Leads distribution organization's credible system operator strategies related to distribution system performance, response, grid management execution, cyber security and operations technology.
